TERMS OF SERVICES

By commissioning Me (Shyberries/SHYLESTIALS) in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Failure to comply with any of the rules listed will result in the cancellation of your commission.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

I. GENERAL TERMS

- The commissioner should provide all relevant materials when submitting your request form or via DM.
- The artist has the right to cancel or deny any commission.
- Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
- I work every Thursday and Sunday, But I do work as often as I can. Updates will be posted on Trello or sent individually via DM where we first communicate. (I send updates every week)
- Rush commissions is 2x the price.
- My personal information will inevitably be disclose when accepting a commission, PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES failing to do so might result to legal action to protect my privacy.

II. PRICING

- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD)
- I only do first payment policy, Any commission must send payment upfront.
- Do not send payments unless I the artist agrees to accept your commission and invoice are sent.
- Payments are made via PayPal invoicing system, I will send an invoice once the commission have been confirm.
- Commission prices are subject to change at any time.
- I reserve the right to adjust individual commission prices according to the complexity of the client’s request.
- REFUND/CANCELLATION is not available once I started sketching the commission.

III. COPYRIGHTS AND THE LIKES

- The client must always put credit for the project wherever applicable.
- A Commission is considered Commercial when the client intends to monetize it
- All my prices includes the basic commercial license and are not limited to use in streaming, general content creation.
- Projects that will be use for merchandise and Game development has a different copyright fees and has doubled the total commission fees.
- I don’t take any commission for mass redistribution.

III. PROCESS & DELIVERY

NOTE : THIS IS APPLICABLE TO REGULAR COMMISSIONS. FOR YCH COMMISSIONS PLEASE CHECK THE LISTINGPRE-COMMISSION- The artist will notify the commissioner the start of the commissioned artwork, and the Expected Turnaround Time (ETAT) will be activated.DURING THE COMMISSION- The artist will provide initial sketch of the said project, revisions are free in the sketch period until we get your exact vision.
- I will occasionally send updates via DM if needed, Trello updates are always posted on a Sunday night PH time.
- Once the sketch is finalize I will start the next process (line-art, flat colors) you need to approve the color before I proceed the rendering process
- Any major changes after the render may subject for additional payment charges.POST COMMISSION/DELIVERY- Once done, the completed artwork will be sent via email.
- I do not send Art source files, unless agreed before starting the commission (source files has additional fees, and not always available for purchase)

It’s another peaceful morning in Cloudberry Ville, a picturesque town with a view of sea of clouds. The peaceful morning air is filled with soft melodies of birds chirping and the town slowly stirring from its slumber. Storefronts adorned with beautiful flower boxes are already starting their day, and among them is this cherished café known as Cloudberry Café. The aroma of freshly baked goods and brewed coffee wafted through the air, luring locals and visitors to its inviting façade.The café exuded a warm ambiance, with sunlight casting its soft glow on the shelves filled with bread and pastries. The tables are adorned with dainty flowers, and the walls are filled with art that the café owner personally created.Meet Shy, an angel bear and owner of Cloudberry Café. She is known for her bubbly and clumsy personality and her magical ability to bring her art to life. Inspired by the idea of having a place to gather everyone who appreciates art, she opened the café where people can immerse themselves in creativity while enjoying freshly baked treats.Behind the counter is a cloud bear named Major. Major has been Shy’s friend since childhood. They met when Shy was on a hike with her parents. As they ventured deep into the woods, she noticed a small, abandoned bear cub peering behind a thicket with wide, curious eyes. Against her parents' advice, she cautiously approached the cub and to her surprise, he nuzzled against her, and at that moment, she felt a connection with the cub that transcended the ordinary. She brought the cub home and named him Major. As the years rolled by, Shy and Major became inseparable. When Shy brought up her dream of opening a café, Major immediately jumped on the idea.Despite her desire to create a cozy haven, her clumsy nature made the prospect seem daunting, but no worries, since Major has the talent of turning chaos into order. It’s always been that way, Shy, as someone clumsy and full of mischief, and Major, as the trusty diligent sidekick. Shy can’t count how many times Major helped her get out of sticky situations. So, Major, armed with a clipboard, meticulously organized the café’s operations, from inventory management to scheduling. Meanwhile, Shy, with her magical paintbrush, created adorable cloud bunnies to help her around the café. The whimsical nature of the café started attracting customers, and Shy began to call her patrons “cherubears”.One day, Shy decided to play a prank on Major which tragically backfired and covered the whole kitchen in flour. Disoriented from the chaos, she suddenly slipped and knocked down a bowl filled with blueberries that were going to be used for the tart they were going to bake. Unbeknownst to her, one of the berries was enchanted with the ability to sprout just about anywhere instantly, as long as it was supplied with magic. As the flour settled, the cloud bunnies came in and started cleaning up the mess. Looking at Shy, who was dusting herself, Major noticed something peculiar on top of Shy’s head.“Huh? What’s that?” he said while pointing at the sprout, puzzled.“What’s what?”“That thing on top of your head!”Confused about whatever Major was talking about, Shy grabbed a pocket mirror that she always keeps inside her bag and stared at her reflection. Eyes growing wide, she felt the new botanical accessory gently. Not one to get fazed about enchanted events, though, she put her mirror down and chuckled, “Well, it seems like my baking adventures have taken a botanical twist today. My skills have finally extended to growing desserts on top of my head! I quite like it.” Major couldn’t do anything but sigh and accept Shy’s carefree nature.And so, in the heart of Cloudberry Ville, Cloudberry Café is again filled with a lively atmosphere. Join Shy on her journey to create a space where every stroke of paintbrush paired with freshly baked bread and coffee brings joy to the virtual world.
